2023 Mayors Leadership Awards
Three mayors were presented the Mayors Leadership Award during the closing banquet of the Oregon Mayors Association Summer Conference, held August 10-12 in Hood River. Awards were provided to mayors representing small, medium, and large cities. The winning mayors are as follows:
- Small City category, the Mayors Leadership Award was presented to Jim Trett, the Mayor of Detroit and OMA Director;
- Medium City category, the Mayors Leadership Award was given to Tamie Kaufman, the Mayor of Gold Beach and OMA Director; and
- Large City category, the Mayors Leadership Award was presented to Dr. Dave Drotzmann, the Mayor of Hermiston.
